We are pleased to announce that the BIM4D project has published its key policy deliverable R.4.3 – Transnational Policy Report, summarising findings from national stakeholder roundtables across Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy and Slovenia.
The report provides evidence-based insights into the current status, barriers and opportunities for the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in End-of-Life (EOL) construction practices, including deconstruction, renovation and material recovery. It also presents policy recommendations to support circular construction, digital traceability and workforce skills development across Europe.

The publication represents a major milestone of the BIM4D project, contributing to EU policy discussions on circular construction, Digital Product Passports and lifecycle information management.
