Identification of BIM Use in EOL Practices: To map out the current use and training needs related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the end-of-life phase of buildings.

Development of Skills: Enhance digital and green skills among deconstruction practitioners to facilitate labor market transitions and better manage end-of-life practices using BIM technologies.

Build Alliances: Foster cooperation and alliances to digitize end-of-life practices and promote sustainable waste management.

Awareness and Adoption: Increase awareness and adoption of sustainable end-of-life practices through targeted educational and promotional activities.

Impact

The BIM4D project is expected to directly impact the participating organizations and their broader communities by promoting sustainable practices, enhancing skills, and fostering digital transformation in the construction sector.
