Objectives of the Research, Research Organisation and Researchers
The European SALTO Digital Resource Centre, within the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes, is studying how Erasmus+ projects have contributed to digital transformation in organisations.
The practical implementation of the research and the data analysis have been subcontracted, through a tender process, to Demos Helsinki, a non-profit organisation with research expertise and familiarity with the Programmes.

The objective of the research is to provide evidence-based knowledge on the impact of the Digital Transformation Priority in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, and to provide information for policymaking and programme development related to these programmes.
The research will be carried out in 2025–2026. The research is cross-sectoral and covers Key Action 1 (Mobility of individuals), Key Action 2 (Cooperation among organisations and institutions) and Key Action 3 (Support for Policy Development and Cooperation) of Erasmus+ as well as European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects.
Participation is voluntary
Participation in this research is entirely voluntary. Participants have the right to decline participation or withdraw from the study at any point, without providing any reason and without any negative consequences.
Participation in the research supports the development of Erasmus+ and ESC programmes and the improvement of digital transformation policies.
Data gathering and processing
The research includes an online survey for Erasmus+ and ESC beneficiary organisations in participating countries. In addition, online interviews are used to get deeper insights on around 50 projects. Participating is voluntary. Data collection is focusing on completed Erasmus+ and ESC projects of the current programme period. Online surveys and interviews is focused on the digital transformation in participated organizations.
The online survey will be conducted from September to November 2025. Interview times will be agreed with the volunteers and the interviews will be carried out by February 2026. In addition, the publicly available Erasmus + and ESC projects databases will be used as well as other public European and national policy documents for the context analysis.
Individual respondents or organisations cannot be identified from the research results.
The survey does not collect any personal information that could identify individual respondents in the research analysis. Any contact details that participants may voluntarily provide for the purpose of arranging an interview will be used solely for that purpose and will not be included in the data analysis. No contact information will be disclosed to third parties at any stage.
Data Protection
The study is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish National Board on Research Integrity (TENK) guidelines, the ALLEA European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
Only data that is necessary for the study will be collected. All data will be securely stored and protected. Results will be reported in a way that prevents identification of individuals. Responses related to Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects will be processed and reported in such a way that individual projects cannot be identified.
Use of personal data: The contact details that participants may choose to provide voluntarily for the purpose of arranging an interview will be used solely for that purpose and they are not used as a part of data analysis. No contact information will be disclosed to third parties at any stage.
Individual respondents or organisations cannot be identified from the research results.

Στόχοι της έρευνας, Οργανισμός Έρευνας και Ερευνητές
Το Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο Ψηφιακών Πόρων SALTO, στο πλαίσιο των προγραμμάτων Erasmus+ και Ευρωπαϊκού Σώματος Αλληλεγγύης, μελετά τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα προγράμματα Erasmus+ έχουν συμβάλει στην ψηφιακή μεταμόρφωση των οργανώσεων.
Η πρακτική υλοποίηση της έρευνας και η ανάλυση των δεδομένων έχουν ανατεθεί, μέσω διαδικασίας διαγωνισμού, στην Demos Helsinki, μια μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση με ερευνητική ειδίκευση και εξοικείωση με τα προγράμματα.

Η συμμετοχή είναι εθελοντική
Η συμμετοχή στην έρευνα είναι απολύτως εθελοντική. Οι συμμετέχοντες έχουν το δικαίωμα να αρνηθούν τη συμμετοχή τους ή να αποσυρθούν από τη μελέτη ανά πάσα στιγμή, χωρίς να αναφέρουν λόγους και χωρίς να έχουν αρνητικές συνέπειες.
Η συμμετοχή στην έρευνα υποστηρίζει την ανάπτυξη των προγραμμάτων Erasmus+ και ESC και τη βελτίωση των πολιτικών ψηφιακής μεταμόρφωσης.
Συλλογή και επεξεργασία δεδομένων
Η έρευνα περιλαμβάνει μια διαδικτυακή έρευνα για οργανισμούς που επωφελούνται από τα προγράμματα Erasmus+ και ESC στις συμμετέχουσες χώρες. Επιπλέον, χρησιμοποιούνται διαδικτυακές συνεντεύξεις για να αποκτηθούν βαθύτερες γνώσεις σχετικά με περίπου 50 έργα. Η συμμετοχή είναι επίσης εθελοντική. Η συλλογή δεδομένων επικεντρώνεται σε ολοκληρωμένα έργα Erasmus+ και ESC της τρέχουσας προγραμματικής περιόδου. Οι διαδικτυακές έρευνες και συνεντεύξεις επικεντρώνονται στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό στους συμμετέχοντες οργανισμούς.
Η διαδικτυακή έρευνα θα διεξαχθεί από τον Σεπτέμβριο έως τον Νοέμβριο του 2025. Οι ώρες των συνεντεύξεων θα συμφωνηθούν με τους εθελοντές και οι συνεντεύξεις θα πραγματοποιηθούν έως τον Φεβρουάριο του 2026. Επιπλέον, για την ανάλυση του πλαισίου θα χρησιμοποιηθούν οι δημόσια διαθέσιμες βάσεις δεδομένων των έργων Erasmus + και ESC, καθώς και άλλα δημόσια ευρωπαϊκά και εθνικά έγγραφα πολιτικής.
Οι μεμονωμένοι ερωτηθέντες ή οι οργανώσεις δεν μπορούν να ταυτοποιηθούν από τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας.
Η έρευνα δεν συλλέγει προσωπικές πληροφορίες που θα μπορούσαν να ταυτοποιήσουν μεμονωμένους ερωτηθέντες στην ανάλυση της έρευνας. Τυχόν στοιχεία επικοινωνίας που οι συμμετέχοντες μπορεί να παρέχουν εθελοντικά για τον σκοπό της διοργάνωσης μιας συνέντευξης θα χρησιμοποιηθούν αποκλειστικά για τον σκοπό αυτό και δεν θα συμπεριληφθούν στην ανάλυση των δεδομένων. Σε κανένα στάδιο δεν θα αποκαλυφθούν στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σε τρίτους.
Προστασία δεδομένων
Η μελέτη διεξάγεται σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό για την Προστασία Δεδομένων (GDPR) και τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές της Φινλανδικής Εθνικής Επιτροπής για την Ακεραιότητα της Έρευνας (TENK), τον Ευρωπαϊκό Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας για την Ακεραιότητα της Έρευνας της ALLEA.
Θα συλλεχθούν μόνο τα δεδομένα που είναι απαραίτητα για τη μελέτη. Όλα τα δεδομένα θα αποθηκεύονται και θα προστατεύονται με ασφάλεια. Τα αποτελέσματα θα δημοσιευτούν με τρόπο που θα αποτρέπει την ταυτοποίηση των ατόμων. Οι απαντήσεις που σχετίζονται με τα προγράμματα Erasmus+ και ESC θα υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία και θα αναφέρονται με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να μην είναι δυνατή η ταυτοποίηση των επιμέρους προγραμμάτων.
Χρήση προσωπικών δεδομένων: Τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας που οι συμμετέχοντες θα επιλέξουν να παρέχουν εθελοντικά για τον σκοπό της διοργάνωσης συνέντευξης θα χρησιμοποιηθούν αποκλειστικά για τον σκοπό αυτό και δεν θα χρησιμοποιηθούν ως μέρος της ανάλυσης δεδομένων. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα γνωστοποιηθούν στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σε τρίτους. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας δεν επιτρέπουν την ταυτοποίηση μεμονωμένων ερωτηθέντων ή οργανισμών.

Obiettivi della ricerca, dell’organismo di ricerca e dei ricercatori
Il Centro europeo per le risorse digitali SALTO, nell’ambito dei programmi Erasmus+ e del Corpo europeo di solidarietà, sta studiando in che modo i progetti Erasmus+ hanno contribuito alla trasformazione digitale delle organizzazioni.
L’attuazione pratica della ricerca e l’analisi dei dati sono state subappaltate, attraverso una procedura di gara, a Demos Helsinki, un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro con esperienza di ricerca e familiarità con i programmi.

L’obiettivo della ricerca è fornire conoscenze basate su dati concreti sull’impatto della priorità della trasformazione digitale nei progetti Erasmus+ e del Corpo europeo di solidarietà e fornire informazioni per l’elaborazione delle politiche e lo sviluppo dei programmi relativi a tali programmi.
La ricerca sarà condotta nel periodo 2025-2026. La ricerca è intersettoriale e copre l’Azione Chiave 1 (Mobilità degli individui), l’Azione Chiave 2 (Cooperazione tra organizzazioni e istituzioni) e l’Azione Chiave 3 (Sostegno allo sviluppo e alla cooperazione delle politiche) di Erasmus+ e dei progetti del Corpo europeo di solidarietà (ESC).
La partecipazione è volontaria
La partecipazione a questa ricerca è del tutto volontaria. I partecipanti hanno il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione o ritirarsi dallo studio in qualsiasi momento, senza fornire alcuna motivazione e senza alcuna conseguenza negativa.
La partecipazione alla ricerca sostiene lo sviluppo dei programmi Erasmus+ ed ESC e il miglioramento delle politiche di trasformazione digitale.
Raccolta ed elaborazione dei dati
La ricerca comprende un sondaggio online per le organizzazioni beneficiarie di Erasmus+ e ESC nei paesi partecipanti. Inoltre, le interviste online vengono utilizzate per ottenere informazioni più approfondite su circa 50 progetti. La partecipazione è volontaria. La raccolta dei dati si sta concentrando sui progetti Erasmus+ ed ESC completati nell’attuale periodo di programmazione. I sondaggi e le interviste online sono incentrati sulla trasformazione digitale nelle organizzazioni partecipate.
Il sondaggio online sarà condotto da settembre a novembre 2025. Gli orari dei colloqui saranno concordati con i volontari e i colloqui saranno effettuati entro febbraio 2026. Inoltre, per l’analisi del contesto verranno utilizzate le banche dati dei progetti Erasmus+ ed ESC disponibili al pubblico e altri documenti pubblici di policy europee e nazionali.
I singoli intervistati o le organizzazioni non possono essere identificati dai risultati della ricerca.
L’indagine non raccoglie alcuna informazione personale che possa identificare i singoli rispondenti nell’analisi della ricerca. I dati di contatto che i partecipanti possono fornire volontariamente allo scopo di organizzare un’intervista saranno utilizzati esclusivamente a tale scopo e non saranno inclusi nell’analisi dei dati. Nessuna informazione di contatto sarà divulgata a terzi in nessuna fase.
Protezione dei dati
Lo studio è condotto in conformità con il Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) e le linee guida del Consiglio nazionale finlandese per l’integrità della ricerca (TENK), il Codice di condotta europeo ALLEA per l’integrità della ricerca.
Verranno raccolti solo i dati necessari per lo studio. Tutti i dati saranno archiviati e protetti in modo sicuro. I risultati saranno riportati in modo da impedire l’identificazione degli individui. Le risposte relative ai progetti Erasmus+ e del Corpo europeo di solidarietà saranno elaborate e comunicate in modo tale che i singoli progetti non possano essere identificati.

Das Europäische SALTO-Digitalressourcenzentrum untersucht im Rahmen der Programme Erasmus+ und Europäisches Solidaritätskorps, wie Erasmus+-Projekte zur digitalen Transformation in Organisationen beigetragen haben.

Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig
Die Teilnahme an dieser Studie ist vollkommen freiwillig. Die Teilnehmer haben das Recht, die Teilnahme jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen und ohne negative Folgen abzulehnen oder sich aus der Studie zurückzuziehen.
Die Teilnahme an der Studie unterstützt die Entwicklung der Programme Erasmus+ und ESC sowie die Verbesserung der Politik im Bereich der digitalen Transformation.
Datenerhebung und -verarbeitung
Die Studie umfasst eine Online-Umfrage für Erasmus+- und ESC-begünstigte Organisationen in den teilnehmenden Ländern. Darüber hinaus werden Online-Interviews durchgeführt, um tiefere Einblicke in rund 50 Projekte zu gewinnen. Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig. Die Datenerhebung konzentriert sich auf abgeschlossene Erasmus+- und ESC-Projekte der aktuellen Programmperiode. Die Online-Umfragen und Interviews konzentrieren sich auf die digitale Transformation in den teilnehmenden Organisationen.
Die Online-Umfrage wird von September bis November 2025 durchgeführt. Die Interviewtermine werden mit den Freiwilligen vereinbart und die Interviews werden bis Februar 2026 durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus werden die öffentlich zugänglichen Datenbanken zu Erasmus+- und ESC-Projekten sowie andere öffentliche europäische und nationale Politikdokumente für die Kontextanalyse herangezogen.
Einzelne Befragte oder Organisationen können aus den Forschungsergebnissen nicht identifiziert werden.
Die Umfrage erfasst keine personenbezogenen Daten, die einzelne Befragte in der Forschungsanalyse identifizieren könnten. Alle Kontaktdaten, die die Teilnehmer freiwillig zum Zweck der Vereinbarung eines Interviews angeben, werden ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck verwendet und nicht in die Datenanalyse einbezogen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt werden Kontaktdaten an Dritte weitergegeben.
Datenschutz
Die Studie wird in Übereinstimmung mit der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und den Richtlinien des finnischen Nationalen Ausschusses für Forschungsintegrität (TENK) sowie dem Europäischen Verhaltenskodex für Forschungsintegrität der ALLEA durchgeführt.
Es werden nur Daten erhoben, die für die Studie erforderlich sind. Alle Daten werden sicher gespeichert und geschützt. Die Ergebnisse werden so dargestellt, dass eine Identifizierung einzelner Personen ausgeschlossen ist. Antworten zu Erasmus+- und Europäischen Solidaritätskorps-Projekten werden so verarbeitet und dargestellt, dass einzelne Projekte nicht identifiziert werden können.
Verwendung personenbezogener Daten: Die Kontaktdaten, die die Teilnehmer freiwillig für die Vereinbarung eines Interviews angeben können, werden ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck verwendet und nicht im Rahmen der Datenanalyse genutzt. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt werden Kontaktdaten an Dritte weitergegeben.
Einzelne Befragte oder Organisationen können anhand der Forschungsergebnisse nicht identifiziert werden.

Objectifs de la recherche, organisation et chercheurs
Le Centre de ressources européen SALTO Digital, dans le cadre des programmes Erasmus+ et Corps européen de solidarité (CES), mène une étude sur la manière dont les projets Erasmus+ ont contribué à la transformation numérique au sein des organisations.
La mise en œuvre pratique de la recherche et l’analyse des données ont été confiées, via un appel d’offres, à Demos Helsinki, une organisation à but non lucratif spécialisée dans la recherche et familière des programmes européens.

L’objectif de cette étude est de fournir des connaissances fondées sur des preuves concernant l’impact de la priorité “Transformation numérique” dans les projets Erasmus+ et Corps européen de solidarité, ainsi que d’alimenter les politiques publiques et le développement des programmes associés.
La recherche sera menée en 2025–2026. Elle est intersectorielle et couvre l’Action clé 1 (Mobilité des individus), l’Action clé 2 (Coopération entre organisations et institutions) et l’Action clé 3 (Soutien au développement et à la coopération en matière de politiques) du programme Erasmus+, ainsi que les projets du Corps européen de solidarité (CES).
Participation volontaire
La participation à cette recherche est entièrement volontaire. Les participants ont le droit de refuser ou de se retirer à tout moment, sans avoir à se justifier et sans aucune conséquence négative.
Contribuer à cette étude permet de soutenir le développement des programmes Erasmus+ et CES, ainsi que d’améliorer les politiques liées à la transformation numérique.
Collecte et traitement des données
L’étude comprend une enquête en ligne auprès des organisations bénéficiaires Erasmus+ et CES dans les pays participants. En complément, environ 50 projets feront l’objet d’entretiens en ligne pour approfondir l’analyse. La participation est volontaire. La collecte de données porte sur les projets Erasmus+ et CES achevés de la période de programmation actuelle. Les enquêtes et entretiens en ligne se concentrent sur la transformation numérique au sein des organisations participantes.
L’enquête en ligne sera menée de septembre à novembre 2025. Les entretiens, planifiés avec les volontaires, seront réalisés jusqu’en février 2026. Les bases de données publiques Erasmus+ et CES, ainsi que d’autres documents de politique publique européens et nationaux, seront également utilisées pour l’analyse contextuelle.
Les résultats ne permettront d’identifier ni les individus ni les organisations.
Aucune information personnelle n’est collectée dans le cadre de l’analyse.
Les coordonnées éventuellement fournies pour organiser un entretien seront utilisées uniquement à cette fin et ne seront pas intégrées à l’analyse des données, ni communiquées à des tiers.
Protection des données
L’étude est menée conformément au Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD), aux lignes directrices du Conseil national finlandais pour l’intégrité en recherche (TENK), ainsi qu’au Code européen de conduite pour l’intégrité en recherche (ALLEA).
Seules les données strictement nécessaires seront collectées, puis stockées et protégées de manière sécurisée. Les résultats seront publiés de façon à préserver l’anonymat des participants. Les réponses concernant les projets Erasmus+ et CES seront traitées et rapportées sans qu’aucun projet individuel ne puisse être identifié.
Utilisation des données personnelles : Les coordonnées éventuellement fournies volontairement pour organiser un entretien seront utilisées uniquement à cette fin, exclues de l’analyse, et jamais transmises à des tiers.
Ni les personnes interrogées ni les organisations ne pourront être identifiées dans les résultats finaux.
