Welcome to the first issue of the BIM4D Project Newsletter. Our initiative, funded under the Erasmus+ Key Action 2, aims to integrate green and digital skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM) at the end-of-life phase of building practices.
This endeavor will enhance sustainability and digital transformation in the construction industry through focused vocational education and training.
Καλώς ήρθατε στο δεύτερο τεύχος του ενημερωτικού δελτίου του έργου BIM4D. Η πρωτοβουλία μας, η οποία χρηματοδοτείται στο πλαίσιο της Βασικής Δράσης 2 του Erasmus+, έχει ως στόχο την ενσωμάτωση των πράσινων και ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων στη Μοντελοποίηση Κατασκευαστικών Πληροφοριών (BIM) στη φάση του τέλους του κύκλου ζωής των κτιριακών πρακτικών.
Η προσπάθεια αυτή θα ενισχύσει τη βιωσιμότητα και τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό στον Κατασκευαστικό Κλάδο μέσω της εστιασμένης επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης.
Siamo lieti di annunciare che è disponibile il rapporto di analisi finale del progetto BIM4D! Questo rapporto esamina l’integrazione del BIM in cinque paesi europei (Belgio, Germania, Grecia, Italia e Slovenia), con particolare attenzione alla sua applicazione nella decostruzione.
Il rapporto offre spunti preziosi sulle competenze richieste, sulle lacune politiche e sul ruolo del BIM nella promozione di pratiche sostenibili, come lo smantellamento selettivo e il riutilizzo dei materiali.
Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer que le rapport d’analyse final du projet BIM4D est disponible !Ce rapport examine l’intégration du BIM dans cinq pays européens (la Belgique, l’Allemagne, la Grèce, l’Italie et la Slovénie) en mettant l’accent sur son application dans la déconstruction.
Le rapport offre des perspectives précieuses sur les besoins en compétences, les lacunes politiques et le rôle du BIM dans la promotion de pratiques durables telles que le démontage sélectif et la réutilisation des matériaux.

In diesem Bericht wurde die Integration von BIM in fünf europäischen Ländern – Belgien, Deutschland, Griechenland, Italien und Slowenien – untersucht, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Anwendung von BIM im Rückbau lag.
Der Bericht bietet wertvolle Einblicke in den Qualifikationsbedarf, in politische Lücken und in die Rolle von BIM bei der Förderung nachhaltiger Praktiken wie selektiver Rückbau und Materialwiederverwendung.
